Messy Church – Grindon Church Community Project invite you to join us on Sunday November 11th for Messy Church at 3.30 for fun craft activities, stories, songs and lots of fun. All ages from babies upwards (no upper age limit!) are welcome and a shared tea rounds off the afternoon.

Drama Workshops with the Cultural Spring and Theatre Space North East. Thanks to Cultural Spring we have an eight week workshop programme delivered by the skilled group from Theatre Space North East. Starting on Sunday 21st October and ending in December with a Christmas Show. The workshops are tremendous fun for everyone and are a great opportunity to be ‘someone else’ for a couple of hours. Self Defence – September start. it’s not too late to join the very successful Self Defence Course run by Shinzen-Ki Karate which started recently. Please contact Shinzen-Ki or GCCP for further details and booking. Increases self confidence and learn techniques to defend yourself in a variety of situations. Suitable for all abilities the sessions are tailored to the individual taking part.
Christmas Fayre & Winter Night Garden Come along to visit Santa in his Grotto at the end of the illuminated garden walk. Thursday 6th, Friday 7th of December evenings brings a special opportunity to visit Santa in his Grotto for those youngsters who need time to enjoy the winter Night Garden walk and their visit to Santa. These sessions can be pre-booked so the visit can be made most enjoyable for youngsters who have difficulty coping with the usual Santa visits or for families who wish to come as a group. Please contact us for more details. Saturday afternoon sees our Christmas Fayre with stalls, refreshments, fun games and more chances to visit Santa through the lit garden walk. More details will follow.
Christmas Show Sunday 9th of December. All are welcome to come along to the Christmas Show on the afternoon of 9th December. There promises to be lots of fun and entertainment.
